First thing to know, if you screw up ANYTHING, your phone will not boot. Never again. Complete brick.

  1. Familiarize yourself with the Verizon Upgrade tool. It’s what allows you to get to fastboot in the first place :wink:

  2. Downloading their update take forever. Learn how to create a python http server. Have to figure out the root structure of their server to spoof it. Don’t have to do this but it saves a lot of time.

  3. Figure out a quick command to kill the tool when you reach fastboot.
