On verizon, can make calls but all incoming phone calls go to voicemail. On a qin. Can that be a CDMA-less issue?

I had this issue even with cdma-less on problem was that phone app wasn’t updated. Is it updated?

turns out it was something on verizons end. when testing sms - didnt realize it was rcs that worked, sms didn’t. so it was cdma-less in the end

Is there a way to do it online? I get my service from Verizon directly and my qin is randomly dropping service and no incoming calls/texts

That is the famous Issue with the Quinn Phone

Don’t have a Quinn just heard from a lot of people that they have service issues

Generally you have to call not always does the customer service agent know what to do it can be annoying sometimes

I find chatting with Verizon much more useful than calling from experience, as u can clearly type “activate cdma-less provisioning feature 83856” instead of telling them over the phone and them not hearing/misunderstanding what you said.

So I called them up and turned it on, I can call but I have issues with messages
