I didn’t do research so I’ll take your word for it

If there is no keyboard why is this different then any other smartphone?

Because it doesn’t run Android, or any smart OS.

So basically similar to the HMD Touch 4G, just that it would be able to be available in more regions?

I don’t think too many kosher phone users would be interested in this, but it could be that there’d be an interest in this from the dumbphone community.

I’m not sure.

Yes, you are very sharp; this phone is indeed modeled after the HMD Touch 4G. It is affordable—priced at around $40–50. Could you introduce me to any potential clients? This is a new product from our company, and I am currently looking to develop new business.:grinning_face:

Are you looking to see what you’d be able to sell directly to consumers, or are you looking for people interested in paying for a custom production?

Yes, both are my goals. We have stock of phones, as well as OEM and ODM customized products. Sales have been slow lately, so I’m searching for potential phone buyers on Google every day.

With specs like that (48mb ram), it cant run any heavy application, so you may as well make it a keypad/flip phone. People who dont want anything other than basic apps would be your customer base for a phone with these specs, but they would have an aversion to a phone that resembles a smartphone (at least in the religious communities).
Your best bet is a phone that looks like this (or similar, think qin f21 or doov r17) that would be able to handle heavier apps (android, min 2gb ram), or a phone with weaker specs and not necessarily android, and looks distinctly not like a smartphone.

You know my opinion already - but this actually would be good with better specs

It doesn’t have any smart functionality, doesn’t run Android, so no Android Auto.

it has lower specs than any phone you’ve probably used in the past five years.

It’s a dumb, dumb, phone.

@jbriones95 what do you say?

Are there people interested in such a phone?

Nobody wants RTOS on a touchscreen. It’s best to just do a simple phone with buttons for RTOS.

Both correct (as far as I know; never tried RTOS on a touchscreen, though). This UNIWA V4000 would not be considered a “kosher” phone in my community. If it had all phone, internet, and radio functionality removed, it might be considered a good music player, along the lines of some of the Samvix models.

It comes with less RAM than the iPhone one.
