GroupUs is now live. Let me know if you have any feedback. Thank you
for your help. I actually got some good advice on this forum.
joingroupus.com or text CREATE to 619-369-8341

Could be, but I happen to know the person behind the username, and know for a fact that he heard my arguments, whether he read that post or not.

anyone planning on trying GroupUs? Lol

Is it paid? Lol

Yes it’s paid. So I don’t go into debt for no reason. But priced competitively. Have signups already.

Are you, as an owner of a competing company, coming onto a public forum into a thread about the Tzibbur app - your competition, and pushing users to pay you for your app even though this one’s free and accepted by all communities, and telling me you don’t have to go into debt???

I was responding to a question if its free or not. And my answer is I cant make it free

And @TripleU is saying that advertising or promoting a product throughout the jtech platform isn’t either FREE!?!

(MEH)

I will not post again regarding this, my point was to say that its now live and up and running afte working on it for a while and taking some advice on this forum

  • Not funny
  • Would you want people going around here and promoting their own paid product here? Nobody wants that. So it’s forbidden. Not paid.

Thanks for letting us know. We’re happy that it’s all up and running.

Beside for the tripleu mdm which contains online purchase subscriptions! :money_mouth_face:

Of which isn’t well written on the site, of how it works.

Which obviously you promote, but it is your forum.

Pls dont kick me.

Yes I subscribed.

TripleUMDM is a favor to the Jewish world and is completely free. There is not a single feature in the app that costs money.

Remote access and multi-device management are different. Those features are generally used by larger organizations and businesses, and I have no reason to subsidize commercial use. It’s not to make money - but rather to keep limits for big orgs.

How ugly is it to take a completely free product and attack the owner for charging what is probably the smallest commercial-use fee ever charged for an MDM — $2 a month — and then call him money-hungry, especially when the money does not even go to him personally?

Wow. People really stoop low.

This forum only officially promotes eGate.

This is like the top comments on Tyler Oliveira’s videos saying “here before it gets taken down” or “stay safe out there” — those fake-oppressed comments where people act like they’re being censored before anything has even happened.

I said that because I paid first 2 dollars to gain remote access for one device than I thought that if I add another device itvwould then only cost me 10 dollars of which i wanted as to keep all under one account and dashboard.

But I soon got to realize that I have to pay again 2 dollars for the remote access on the second device. From which I am not complaining as the software is free and very well done,

And thank you so much for taking your time to create this, what is it 2 years in the making?

(besides for some bugs which will be reported)

How about being grateful that you can download and install a full MDM for free and use all of its core features at no cost?

You want remote access? $2.

You want multiple devices on the same email? An additional device is $10. You can always use two different emails for free.

Why would someone specifically need multiple devices under one account? Usually because they’re managing devices for an organization. I’m not going to investigate every person to determine whether they’re an organization or not, so the rule is simple and applies equally to everyone.

That’s it. You’re getting an MDM for free, and you’re complaining about tiny fees for features aimed primarily at organizational use.

Ungrateful kid.

No. it was 6 months of pre=opus-5 in the making, and I sold it / abandoned it.

I said that it just wasn’t that clear that there would be an additional charge for that!

Anyway thank you again.
