Guidelines on Filter Bypass Discussions
We’d like to take a moment to clarify one of our key community rules: No sharing of information on how to bypass filters or unfilter devices. This rule is crucial to maintaining the integrity, safety, and purpose of our forum.
What’s Considered a Violation:
- Tutorials, guides, or step-by-step instructions aimed at disabling, bypassing, or altering filtering systems.
- Code snippets, commands, or settings designed to circumvent security protocols.
Indirect hints or references that could lead someone to the method of bypassing filters. - Methods usable to unfilter or bypass a device’s filter.
What’s NOT Considered a Violation:
- Discussions about how filters work in general, for educational or technical understanding.
- Troubleshooting legitimate access issues where filters are not functioning correctly (without suggesting how to disable them).
- General security best practices that don’t involve circumventing protections.
