High RAM Consumption on Windows 11

On my Windows 11 Lenovo Yoga 7i Laptop, I’m having issues with extreme RAM consumption causing the laptop to be very buggy

These are some things running above 50 MB

Antimalware Service Executable - 150-250 MB
Windows Module Installer - 50 MB even when no updates are taking place
Microsoft Phone Link - 50 MB - I don’t even have any phones connected!

Or are there any apps that can get rid of this mass RAM consumption?

Did you look in the Task Manager for which other processes might be taking up RAM. Just the ones you listed shouldn’t cause any problems.
