I believe it was mentioned on a different thread but I don’t think there was a solution for it.

Go to app info and clear data. The message settings will reset but the conversations won’t delete. This fix works great for sending MMS not sure about receiving.

App problem. Full reset of the phone seems to have helped. Many people have this issue with stock ROM, even Verizon direct. Same issue applies to the Kyocera Cadence.

No need to reset the phone, the reason a reset works is just because it clears the app data.

how do i get into the app info on a kosher kyocera e4610??

if it was filtered through adb you can use button mapper to create a shortcut to apps. if filtered by regular filtering company the only way to clear the data of message plus is by reseting the phone.

I may get flac for this, but regardless if adb can filter properly or not, it’s nobody’s business to police anyone. Just my thoughts
