They messed up so badly on their IME from the e4810 and on that its now completely irrelevant.
The fact that they released an update to a phone that never gets any support or updates just shows how bad it was.

Anyone have an app launcher for the s2720? cant seem to get any to work? wonder if button mapper and or other apps are causing it not to install?
Try this:
I have a Kyocera E4810 I’m installing Egate on. It works great except when I set a security pin for the phone all I have to do is enter the wrong password 10 times and it factory resets the phone. Is there a way to disable the ability to set a security pin on the E4810? Thanks!
Will it reset even if factory reset is blocked in eGate?
Yes, and the hard factory reset switch doesn’t work on flip phones so it doesn’t FRP lock it.
Pretty sure version 1.25 introduces a fix for that.
I tried that, but it’s still doing the same thing. I believe @FlipAdmin is ordering a E4810 to see if he can resolve the issue. Just wanted to check if anyone else has a fix for this so I can get my customer up and running sooner.
Is that feature eGate related?
No, As far as I know most E4810 have that feature and Egate doesn’t block it.
Worked great on the E4610. Other launchers i couldn’t get to work. I like the icon to toggle on and off for notifications.
Didn’t work on the s2720. Only device i have issues with.
Anyone with a working hebrew calendar for the E4810?
I tried installing Heb Date on the e4810 and i can not scroll or see other dates. It shows me scrolling is only avlb for the premium version. I tested it wit SCRPY anf worked just fine. but not with the dial pad on the device. Is there an older or newer version that works? or is a mouse needed?
Navigating with a d-pad is behind a pay wall.
With touch or mouse it should work perfectly fine.
But you should only use HebDate if you have an ad blocker, because it has Google Ads.
I hear that. Curious if theres any other hebrew calenders that work well?
So i did try with a mouse. I had to hold it against the wall of the way i want to go. And after banging the wall of the direction you want to go it switches to that date.
Which mouse app are you using?
Kco
Don’t use that mouse.
Use this instead.
Its a lot better.
