Does anyone have any idea why in the world Verizon shut down Message+?
Even if they didn’t want the expense of keeping the servers running Message+ services running, that doesn’t mean that they have to shut the app down, leaving disgruntled customers.
Thats just a stupid move to make.
As everyone is switching to Google Messages because of Google’s Monopoly on RCS, Samsung phones now come with Google Messages preinstalled and set as the default messaging app, but Samsung Messages is still available for anyone who prefers it.
I’m using Message+ V9.5.5 but here is the problem, that in the Google Play store it comes up in the update section and its nerve-racking to see it all the time and I have to make sure every time it shouldn’t get updated to it’s lastest version because then it will not work.
So is there anyway to remove it from the update section or can someone modify it to remove that it has a update?
I tried already modifying the package name, but then the app kept crashing.
So any idea please?
