Mini PC's

my general pc for coding and other development stuff mainly

That I know, what I meant was more of what type of “coding”. Anything SUPER heavy?

I’m like a broken tape recorder, but everything I’ve done on the forums has been on a T480 with an i5 8th gen. 24/32 gb ram (depending on the day…)

currently no. just general heavy stuff like Android studio etc but I’d like to get something that can handle a lot in case I’ll need it in the future. (using Linux but still for stuff like Android studio and probably multiple VM’s)

I have the AtomMan G7 TI from Minisforum.

But I upgraded it to 96gb RAM.

Looks like a nice machine!

How much is it?

I think that I paid around $1,100

And how do you like it? Just curious whats the most RAM utilization you ever reached?

When did you get it? an i9-14900HX with RTX 4070 and 32gb ram for $1,100 sounds like a great deal

I just double checked and I see that it cost more than $1,100

Gonna miss you :sob:

Nice. I’m still on the one way back in this thread

can you give me a link any 500 to 700 (or less) feel really dumb

Don’t worry about the OS. You should be able to install Windows on any computer with just a tiny bit of technical knowledge and a USB stick
