Qin F21 dropping Verizon calls and texts

Sorry if this is a noob question but there are some guys in yeshiva who have the qin f21 with Verizon and they aren’t able to receive texts and it keeps on dropping calls. They got the phones from ali, and they worked out of the box with US bands.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have their service providers enable CDMAless

The process to enable cdmaless is ANNOYING.

Most Verizon reps have no idea what you are talking about. Takes multiple calls, and even then…

Thanks. Ill try that

Is there something to say to a verizon employee so they know what we are talking about?

Maybe a service code or something.

Does cdma-less work by service or phone because Verizon says that the Imei is not supported?

So change it to an IMEI that is supported

Buy yourself a broken Verizon phone on eBay and use that IMEI number.

I used a broken cadence, shows up as a cadence in myverizon.

First and foremost, you must be cdmaless, the conversation does not start before then.

Service

I found that switching the IMEI doesn’t help for services that do not check for the IMEI like us mobile
But for services like Verizon or select tell which they do check the IMEI is crucial to change it

It works by them toggling on “CDMA-less” that being said Verizon will redirect any issue to the invalid IMEI ( which isn’t the issue), hence they won’t turn it on even if they could, so the IMEI has nothing to do with the service, however if you want real support from them you should use a good imei
