I have a Qin F21 Pro without the playstore. I would like to add the playstore, what is my best option just to add it to the current ROM or to just put on a brand new rum for America? If you are suggesting a new ROM please let me know which one is the best one to use for America?

Follow the instructions. Your bootloader needs to be unlocked and then you select a file and it does the whole thing on it’s own.

Use the one your phone came with.

Same as any ROM with American bands.
