I either don’t see the reason to have 3 versions. A parental control or something for video and female switch is just enough. Being busy the whole time updating 3 APK’S doesn’t make any sense.

I’m not a developer, but I’ve seen that Android has something called product flavors, which allow different app variants to be built from the same codebase. You might already be aware of it, but I thought it’s worth mentioning in case it could help. The documentation is here:
