Fastboot to SP Flash Tool

I’m stuck in fastboot mode on my Tiq M5. I want to reset to stock, but the bootloader is locked, preventing me from using fastboot to update the software. How can I flash the firmware via SP flash tool? I’ve tried holding down the power button while the phone is plugged in, which restarted it, but when I set SP flash to download mode, it won’t proceed, it just returns to fastboot mode
