Nice. Windows not but Ubuntu is a nice idea…

Ubuntu Touch is very lackluster and “meh”. I prefer PostMarketOS. It’s not perfect, but I was actually able to get it running as a server.

What phones are compatible? Would it work on any flip phones? Would be super slow right?
There’s a list on each website.
Even if you managed to boot on any flip phones (which I can almost guarantee with 100% certainty you won’t) it would be excruciating to use it.
