Another decent one is SoftMaker FreeOffice (FreeOffice: The best free alternative to Microsoft Office).

LibreOffice is pretty good, I like it.

No, because using them is technically illegal. At any rate, it’s easy for people to find such things (hint: any search engine) if they want to use them, so no need for jtech to promote them.

Which specific issues do you have with Hebrew? They both officially support RTL and seem to be working fine for me.

I found Open Office similar to Libre Office, capable but old interface (this was a while back, could be they updated it) for I while I recommended WPS for most people, but since I found OnlyOffice desktop editors I tell people to get that. It used to not be able to do Hebrew at all, while it’s gotten better it’s not as good as Word.
