For some reason stuck on the screen once I connect the phone even after turning on head unit

do you have the latest version of androdi auto. is it installed in /priv-app or at leat a stub there

what device is this. is adb connected

ADB is connected

And it’s a kosher device that works in a car android auto

I don’t know if this is necessary or not but did you run,

adb forward tcp:5277 tcp:5277?

This the official desktop-head-unit? I don’t know how it looks on Windows.

Shouldn’t be like this, but the only troubleshooting step I can think of:

Unplug phone and open a terminal:

adb kill-server

Then plug in and try again.

Also, like @MJZ said, you can try wireless.

Run the program before turning on headunit, it will say press any key to to continue.

Turn on headunit and then press key on pc.
That worked for me

you have to start head unit server before starting the emulator

Tried that

Which phone are you trying?

If it’s a kosher phone, it probably won’t support ADB

if it’s a kosher phone, it WON’T support ADB

You can clarify that with @anonymousfliphones

It’s a kosher phone but me as the admin can control the ADB ability

Oh

In that case its not that secure. @ars18 can break it
