I did the math in my head wrong - then I realized that didn’t make sense and recalculated

I did 40 messages per month divided by 25 users and forgot to include the price per month - whatever

Remind is free for k12 schools.

As @AyilMeshilesh said, you need to be a Registered K-12 school for any SMS delivery, and remind only allows you to send out announcements from the App. Admins cant send out via SMS.
