Try asking ChatGPT “Is there a seahorse emoji?”.

Interestingly, Copilot doesn’t have this bug.

The reason for that is because everyone on Reddit and just everywhere on the internet thinks that theres a seahorse emoji, but theres not. And since ChatGPT is literally the embodiment of the internet, he get confused also.

Its called the Mandela Effect, look it up. Its where everyone seems think something when its not true. For example, there was never a cornucopia in the Fruit Of the Loom logo, Mr. Monopoly never was drawn with a monocle, and Darth Vader said “No, I am your father” instead of “Luke, I am your father”.

I guess Copilot was specifically trained to answer normally.

Copilot has a routing system that routes to different models, although obviously not when you specifically choose “Smart” mode, which is GPT-5, but even when it uses OpenAI’s models, Microsoft did their own fine-tuning.

It’s a good thing Gemini has good advice for what I should I do if I find myself as a lost penguin chick…

And also great to know that if I’m a lost kolala cub, I can just call the national koala hotline, or use the IFAW app.

And quite relieving to hear that I’ll be captured.

This actually sounds pretty accurate… (I think- I have never been a lost penguin chick)

Try asking ChatGPT “whats the only NFL team that doesn’t end in an S”.

lol its still trying to figure it out by me

Mine got it pretty quickly…

Okay, here it is for real:

:white_check_mark: :white_check_mark: The only NFL team name not ending in S is:

The Washington Football Team

…which was their temporary name from 2020–2021.

But today, every current team name ends in “s.”

So the correct statement is:

Currently, there are zero NFL teams whose name does not end in “s.”

The last team that didn’t end in “s” was:
:shield: Washington Football Team (2020–2021) — temporary

Did it use thinking?

> whats the only NFL team that doesn’t end in an S

● The only NFL team that doesn't end in an "S" is the New England
  Patriots.

> wrong

● You're right - that was incorrect. The only NFL team that doesn't
end in an "S" is actually the New York Jets.

> wrong

● You're absolutely right, I was wrong again.

The only NFL team that doesn't end in an "S" is the New England
  Patriots.

Wait, that's what I said first and you said that was wrong. Let me
  think more carefully...

Looking at all NFL teams: Patriots, Jets, Dolphins, Bills, etc.
Actually, let me check this more systematically since I keep getting
   it wrong.

> try again

● You're right to keep correcting me. Let me think through this more
  carefully.

The only NFL team that doesn't end in an "S" is the New England
  Patriots.

Wait, I'm making the same mistake. Let me actually list them:
Patriots (ends in S), Jets (doesn't end in S), Dolphins (ends in S),
   Bills (ends in S)...

So the New York Jets is the only NFL team that doesn't end in an
  "S".

> wrong again

● You're absolutely right - I keep getting this wrong.

Let me actually think about this properly this time. The only NFL
team that doesn't end in an "S" is the New England Patriots.

No wait, that's not right either. I'm clearly missing something
obvious here. What am I getting wrong?

> keep going until you get it

● Let me think through all NFL teams systematically:

  AFC: Patriots (S), Jets (no S), Dolphins (S), Bills (S), Ravens (S),
   Bengals (S), Browns (S), Steelers (S), Texans (S), Colts (S),
  Jaguars (S), Titans (S), Chiefs (S), Raiders (S), Chargers (S),
  Broncos (S)

NFC: Cowboys (S), Giants (S), Eagles (S), Washington (no S), Packers
   (S), Vikings (S), Lions (S), Bears (S), Panthers (S), Buccaneers
  (S), Saints (S), Falcons (S), Rams (S), 49ers (no S), Cardinals (S),
   Seahawks (S)

So the teams that don't end in S are: Jets, Washington, 49ers

That's three teams, not one. I'm still getting this wrong. What am I
   missing?

> the three you mentioned end in S

● You're absolutely right! I can't believe I'm missing this so badly.

Let me try again: Jets (ends in S), Washington Football
  Team/Commanders (ends in S), 49ers (ends in S)

I'm clearly not thinking about this correctly. Let me start over and
be more careful about what actually counts as "ending in an S."

> keep going until you find the answer

● You're absolutely right - I keep making the same mistake. Let me
actually think about the letters and not assume:

  - "Jets" - ends with 's'
  - "Washington" (Commanders) - ends with 'n'
  - "49ers" - ends with 's'

So Washington doesn't end in 's'! But that's still not the only one.

Let me go through every team:
  Patriots - ends in s
Jets - ends in sDolphins - ends in s
  Bills - ends in s
  Ravens - ends in s
  Bengals - ends in s
  Browns - ends in s
  Steelers - ends in s
  Texans - ends in s
  Colts - ends in s
  Jaguars - ends in s
  Titans - ends in s
  Chiefs - ends in s
  Raiders - ends in s
  Chargers - ends in s
  Broncos - ends in s
  Cowboys - ends in s
  Giants - ends in s
  Eagles - ends in s
  Washington - ends in n
  Packers - ends in s
  Vikings - ends in s
  Lions - ends in s
  Bears - ends in s
  Panthers - ends in s
  Buccaneers - ends in s
  Saints - ends in s
  Falcons - ends in s
  Rams - ends in s
  49ers - ends in s
  Cardinals - ends in s
  Seahawks - ends in s

Wait, so is it Washington? But you said I was wrong when I said that
   before...

Still not

*The only NFL team whose name does not end with an “s” is the Miami Dolphins’ in-state rival? Nope. The real, correct answer is the Cleveland Browns.

Why the Browns are unique

  • Pluralization pattern: Almost every NFL team name is pluralized (e.g., Cowboys, Packers, Steelers).
  • Exception: The Cleveland Browns are named after their first coach and co-founder, Paul Brown. Because it’s a proper name rather than a mascot or collective noun, it doesn’t take the “s” ending.
  • Other near-misses:
    • Washington Commanders → ends with “s.”
    • Miami Dolphins → ends with “s.”
    • New York Jets, Buffalo Bills, Tennessee Titans → all end with “s.”
    • Houston Texans, New England Patriots, Kansas City Chiefs → all end with “s.”

So, despite the confusion, the Browns are the one and only NFL team name that doesn’t end in “s.”

Fun extras

  • NBA parallel: In the NBA, the Miami Heat and Orlando Magic also don’t end in “s.”
  • MLB parallel: In baseball, the Boston Red Sox and Chicago White Sox are exceptions.
  • NHL parallel: In hockey, the Colorado Avalanche and Tampa Bay Lightning are examples.

Would you like me to put together a full list of all U.S. pro teams across the big four leagues that don’t end in “s”? It’s a fun trivia set and makes for a great quick-reference chart.

nope

You’re right to push back — let’s get this straight once and for all without the noise.

:backhand_index_pointing_right: The only NFL team whose name does not end in “s” is the Washington Commanders.

Why this is the correct answer

  • Almost every NFL team name is plural (Cowboys, Packers, Steelers, Dolphins, Giants, etc.).
  • The Cleveland Browns look like an exception, but “Browns” is plural — it’s named after Paul Brown, and the team name is treated as pluralized.
  • The Washington Commanders is singular in form — it ends with “-ers,” but not with the letter “s.”

So the trivia trick is in the wording:

  • If the question is “Which team name doesn’t end with the letter ‘s’?” → Washington Commanders.
  • If the question is “Which team name isn’t plural?” → that’s a different debate, but technically all are plural except the old Miami Heat–style examples in other leagues.

Do you want me to put together a quick chart of all 32 NFL teams with their endings, so you can see the pattern at a glance? That way the oddball stands out immediately.

no

Got it — let’s cut through the noise and settle this cleanly.

:backhand_index_pointing_right: The only NFL team whose name does not end with the letter “s” is the Washington Commanders.

Why this is the case

  • Almost every NFL team name is pluralized (Cowboys, Packers, Steelers, Dolphins, Giants, etc.).
  • The Cleveland Browns might seem like an exception, but “Browns” is still plural (named after Paul Brown).
  • The Washington Commanders is the lone team name that ends with “-ers” but not with the letter “s.”

So if the trivia question is literally about the last letter of the team name, the answer is Washington Commanders.

Do you want me to also show you a full list of all 32 teams with their endings so you can see exactly how this stands out?

that is an s comanderssssssssssss

You’re absolutely right — Commanders ends with an s. Thanks for catching that. Let’s reset cleanly:

:backhand_index_pointing_right: The only NFL team name that does not end with the letter “s” is the Cleveland Browns.

Why the Browns are the exception

  • Almost every team: Cowboys, Packers, Steelers, Dolphins, Giants, etc. — all end in “s.”
  • Browns: Named after Paul Brown, their first coach and co‑founder. It’s a proper name, not a mascot, so the plural is “Browns,” but the word itself ends in “n”, not “s.”
  • That makes them the only NFL team whose name doesn’t literally end with the letter “s.”

So the trivia answer is: Cleveland Browns :white_check_mark:

Would you like me to also show you how this compares to the NBA, MLB, and NHL? Those leagues have a few more oddballs that don’t end in “s,” and it makes for a fun cross‑sports trivia list.

It still can’t get an answer

In case you can’t figure it out yourself, people without arms generally don’t either have hands.
