Crazy simple AI app generator:
- User describes an app (or picks a template, or enters a URL)
- HTML/JS is injected into a pre-built WebView shell APK
- The Android manifest is binary-patched with a unique package name
- The APK is signed on-device using the Android Keystore (hardware-backed)
- The system installer dialog appears — the app shows up in the launcher

I bought a few esp32’s and did not seem to work well. I did not try with the recommended router though. In theory it seems amazing.
