Here’s a ROM analyzer/unpacker/packer.
Don’t have first hand experience. The pro of it is it doesn’t use WSA so you won’t run into filter issues like you would with CRB kitchen.

If you want to build it into a ROM, just extract it from the zip.
If you guys want a guide, I’ll make one, but it’s pretty straightforward in the repo.
Can always use dd, but this is easier. Don’t recommend the flashing component, just because I haven’t tried it.
