Identifying dirty pipe vulnerability exploit sounds sus to them
First of all itâs not dirty pipe. Secondly they have no problem discussing cveâs.
Also, I checked and itâs insane to the next level!!! Should really go to tech stuff thread but whatever.
Check it out:
Almost every single Linux distro (basically every one) was vulnerable to this for years. This is a simple python script with just a few lines that gets you privilege escalation. Any server that wasnât updated in the last day⌠Thereâs a lot of fun that many here can enjoy (@ars18
) but we obviously wonât since AI says itâs unethical
I thought that wasnât possible
Oh yes it is. They just introduced a cache timeout that drastically increases token usage.
Yea. Somehow Iâm fifnishing my tokens after 2 prompts from the $20 plan. Insane, Worse in terms of rate limitting than any other companies free quota
They reduced it from 1hr to 5 minutes. That means that if you go to the bathroom your entire context memory gets reprocessed. They also are reducing rate limits during peak hours pretty drastically
Well I guess Iâm gonna have to do a rush order from now on ![]()
Its annoying because every five minutes it says compressing
Is there a plan for more money? even $1k per month that has a bigger context window and longer cache and doesnât max you out?
are you on the latest version of claude code?
think so

Just trying to play with the latest Linux privilege escalation vulnerability (dirty frag crazy!!) which I donât understand enough to mess around with and it wonât let me
Edit: opus 4.6 isnât as restrictive. /model wonât show it. Use /model claude-opus-4-6
Paying $200 a month for should guarantee a smooth experience, but the performance remains sluggish even during off-peak hours. I expected the lower server load at night to result in better speeds, yet the value just isnât there. Has anyone else on this tier found a way to actually get the consistent performance weâre paying for?
How can I give claude code permission once for all it should not ask before any bash command etc. and wait till I respond?
claude â dangerously skip permssions or something like that
Ask it
I assume that itâs in a sandboxed environment?
Because otherwise that would be a very stupid idea.
When ever it asks I donât look what it is doing anyway
