A post regarding the “Connect” phone which bears the hechsher of Ani Choma
was recently put on this site.

The post claimed that a large reward was offered to anyone breaching the system and that a breach was made.

This is nothing more than an unsubstantiated rumor. This is the tenth time since the launching of the Ani Choma hechsher that such false rumors have been spread by individuals who are bent on destroying the reputation of this hechsher.

In general, the entire claim of someone making some sort offer in regards to any phone under the hechsher of Ani Choma is absurd, and is based on complete ignorance of the system set up by Ani Choma.

Please note: Ani Choma is not a phone, it is a hechser.

This hechsher was established several years ago by virtually all leading Roshei Yeshiva in the USA as the hechsher that should be accepted by Yeshivos and Bais Yaakovs as a proper hechsher for cellphones for Bochurim.

Recently this hechser was adapted by many Bais yaakov’s across the country as well.

connect or ani choma? Connect is a private company that could put out this reward, ani choma is just the hechsher

which rabanim? because i have the terms and conditions needed to become ani choma certified and NONE of the phones follow their guidelines

what’s the difference between ani choma phones and tag almost all the companies that have the ani choma stamp are using purifone which is what tag is using??

as a side i cant find the name Chaim Eismann spelled like the in the entire smartlist data base

They sent them to me don’t want to post them but ill give 2 examples

  1. Is not allowed to have transferable audio
  2. Has to be sold locked with a talk only sim card with the sim having no ability of getting text or data
