It seems like this update is not a solid update because Connekt and Ani Choma are not the same thing…
Additionally, I was speaking to someone yesterday who told me the following story:
“My son used to attend Yeshiva in Philadelphia, where they strictly only allow the use of Ani Choma phones. One day, a software update was released for the phones. When everyone returned home and connected to Wi-Fi, the update was applied, and unfortunately, all their phones were unfiltered in the new update.”
Is it possible this is Connekt as well?
I have multiple reasons why I believe the Connekt thing is true:
- It’s a bit random to make a whole website and everything with a claim like this. Maybe if it was just the claim then I’d be more skeptical but there’s a whole website and everything.
- I have heard many problems with Connekt in the past, so this does make sense.
- The company is being very sketchy about it everytime you bring it up to them. I called them and asked about it and the second I mentioned it, they hung up…
I think there was such an issue with some of the first batch of phones which got fixed after.
So maybe he’s defending the Ani Choma hechsher but Connekt is still a problem…
But yet they didn’t recall or fix anything…
Thats irrelevant the fact that its not there doesn’t mean he doesn’t exist, all it means is that he’s not in their database.
I can’t either find the name kosherboy spelled that way in the entire smartlist database.
The difference is kosherboy is not his real name but your right though i think it just adds more but if that combined with everything else makes is more believable
There’s so many points here that are just sketchy and make this story seem more and more true…
Just today, someone showed me an Approved Link Lg classic, that had a filter, and they are not sure how, it mysteriously became unfiltered. Was talk only, and suddenly texting and browser were back on…
When did that happen?
What specifically are you asking?
It isn’t?
And I was wondering if it was his first name or his last name.
I know there were some phones that had this issue way back. I was curious to know if this guys phone is from way back, or there are new ones on the market that have this issue.
It happened just recently, but it was an old device from a few years ago…
In regards to the classic nobody knows why that happened but it happened to 2 people that i know had the same thing but in regards to tcl I got past the filter both times in the beginning they had one issue which was fixed right away but the new phones though still has a different issue which was never fixed
That happens once in a while they use kosher cellutions I spoke to Rabbi Drew it can happen once in a while
And that’s ok???
I have never seen it happen to any phone besides connect…
Obviously not, but in real life, these things can happen. Like getting a lemon car, or a Pc that will just turn on and crash. It would depend on the failure rate to know if its something to be concerned about…
