This is just a reminder to all eGate resellers that when purchasing license credits you need to use the email address associated with your account. Currently, I have someone who purchased $150 of license credit, but used an email address and name that does not match any of our resellers. I emailed the email address provided, but got no response. I guess I’ll have to do a refund.

I think that was me.
That information was asked for under billing information, so I assumed that I should fill in the info that’s associated with the credit card.
Use the email address tied to your reseller account. I refunded it, so if you want the licenses you’ll have to repurchase.
