Based on my initial tests, it doesn’t kill background apps — for example, WhatsApp keeps receiving notifications consistently. I haven’t fully verified this yet.

Need to work 100% fix on old devices&new devices - no sound conflicts, but, right now, I didn’t check it
Of course, a locked bootloader plus Google Services means it’s also compatible with FRP protection for MDM filters such as Kdroid… and it will likely work (if I understood @kdroidFilter plans correctly) even with Kdroid version 1!
