I flashed the @AIV American kosher ROM and after that I wanted to add American bands, and I saw that I couldn’t open the bootloader Because it’s blocked in this version, so I did the short process of flashing the partitions with SP FLASH and after that I rewrote the IMEI, and the device is stuck in BETA MODE, what to do now and how to install American bands and also the kosher ROM?
It should be noted that I can’t flash the kosher ROM before the bands because after that I can’t open the bootloader,

I’m assuming you unlocked the bootloader.
Flash this vbmeta_a via mtkclient or fastboot. It will boot.
