Why might a user not get messages from a specific group via sms, despite it being enabled, not muted, and getting from other groups?
Did the user ever get messages there in the past? Is the number in Spam?
Never got from this group. not spam or blocked
I would suggest removal and then adding the user back. additionally I would send #SMS and Make then mute and unmute from the app

I get a pop up sorry we couldn’t verify your pin. Is the issue the version?
I don’t think that would be the Issue. Is it a new account? I have gotten that on web even sometimes shortly after account creation and would just try again a day later

Copilot via groupme stopped working for me, and for another number that had it i checked and it stopped working.
