Yup, means that partition info is lost. A tool like Testdisk from Cg Security https://www.cgsecurity.org/ can help.
I would try DMDE like someone smart posted here 
or a partition recovery tool, but in my experience, DMDE does a better job at recovering without potentially messing up the partition. Or you can make a disk image and then recover from there.

claude tried that and It wasn’t able to create the disk Image
yes, It was admin powershell and not a permission issue
I believe you can use DMDE with CLI, but don’t ask me, ask claude
Interesting, the fact that its RAW shouldn’t stop you from making an image. I wonder if there’s a deeper issue
You’re gonna kill me but spin up since Linux vm or vps or something. Linux has all the tools and is an amazing place for Claude to play around
