I have no idea what bands are. I dont know how this works at all. Its just a simple question:
If I want to buy a qin (F21) to use in the US, how do I do that? The ones on Ali Express seem to only work on china.

When you buy qin f21 it will come with stock bands, you need to flash american bands
The easiest way is to flash @ars18’s rom (6.1.3) because it is included with american bands

You flash it with a bat file (attached in the ROM folder) in fastboot mode

No, but I plan on ordering. Prob from ali express
You have to be very careful when buyings qins from ali these days not all of them are able to be flashed (most new ones can’t) you have to confirm with the seller that the charging port isn’t red and that the serial number doesn’t start with F21PMQC25
