I wanted to share a project I’ve been building called ShiurHub.
The Problem: Many local Rabbanim are moving their Shiurim to private RSS/Podcasts. The problem is users can’t access these without opening up a generic podcast app, which usually comes with a bunch of unfiltered “baggage.”
The Solution: I built ShiurHub from the ground up to be a strict utility.
No Web-View: I’ve completely removed the internal browser. It’s impossible to break out into the open web from a description link.
Shiur-Only Logic: Hard-coded to pull from Torah-specific feeds. No music, no secular media.
Optimized for S22. Tested extensively on the Cat S22. It runs fast and respects the limited screen real estate.
Technical Stack: > * Built with React Native / Expo (New Architecture).
Minimal permission set (Internet & Audio only).
I’m looking for feedback from the community and hope to get this whitelisted by the major providers.

Yeah, pretty much. same vibe, but the real reason I built it is because a ton of local Rabbanim are just on Spotify or RSS now.
If you’re on a filtered phone, you usually can’t get those niche feeds without a secular app that has browsers and junk built in. This is just a utility to grab those specific shiurim safely.
Great app thanks
What do you think about a version that includes Jewish entertainment podcasts as well?
Have been thinking for some time how I wished such an app existed where has all Jewish podcasts
Currently use 24six but missing a lot and don’t specifically like paying every month just for podcasts that should be free
There is something like that called YidPod, not sure how well it works. (One just for shiurim is still useful, because any Jewish podcast is quite a range)
