Somehow it said a $25/month plan asked $80, thankfully I didn’t pay them and ported the number out
They can’t charge you either if you don’t have autopay on 
Also this is from the summit flip, which runs the same type of android as the IRIS Easy Flip 1 & 2. Is this useful?

Settings → about phone → more info → software version

Same thing with the IRIS Easy Flip 1, I guess this phone basically comes kosher. What about hotspot? Have you put service on the phone? Can you send random screenshots whenever possible?
And I checked the files you posted, no notes app, and the T9 app is a june 2023 version, there are much newer versions then that…
Hotspot not accesible from their settings but is launchable. Haven’t tested it.
Has no browser but does have fm radio.
Mentions of nfc in dev options dont know if that means anything
