TripleTel recently sent me this message:
This is the latest update regarding all of these basic phones from the USA:
A. These phones can work with VoLTE (via IMSI Roaming update):
FIG phones (not the FIG Mini first version)
Wonder Phone (VoLTE only - will not work at all on 3G)
POM phone
Fusion
B. These phones can work with VoLTE (via Phone Version Update):
4G Qin/Xiomi phones
Pro 10 and pro 30 (they are working on updating the phones - in the meantime, Yehoshua says we can send IMEI and they will update)
C. These phones will still work on 3G but not on VoLTE:
Black Kyocera (we are working on an update that will make it work - but this requires patience)
LG Exalt
CAT S22 - (some versions do not work at all. We have no way to know which ones yes and which ones no).
Mega Life B1 (The F1 works as is)
D. These phones do not work anymore at all:
Blue Kyocera 2720
TCL
Fig Mini (first version)
Sunbeam
LG Classic

How can they make all/the Black Kyocera’s work on VoLTE? They have zero LTE bands for israel
CAT S22 has VoLTE when roaming

The Mega Life B1 has VoLTE on all carriers besides for TripleTel and Cellular Israel. (I have one with Golan and tested with Hot.) Megalife told me that they have a fix for TripleTel and Cellular Israel that requires a reflash/firmware update and are working on an OTA to give to all existing devices. @Megalife can you confirm?
