Laptop Stuck On Update Screen

My laptop is stuck on the updating screen. It’s at 100 percent for a couple hours by now. On Friday I selected to update and shut down but it never finished updating.

PS I can access recovery but I don’t know what to do.

This is a very bad solution. Penguins are not kosher

They are birds.

So unless you have proof that they’re one of the ones mentioned by the torah, then you can’t say for sure.

I once heard a shiur from Rabbi Loike and he mentioned something about penguins, but I don’t remember what exactly he said about them, other than that the fact that they look like bochurim don’t make them kosher.
