The question is whether the bootloader can be locked, whether the manufacturer used the device’s test keys without encryption, as far as I know the bootloader can also be locked on other Dumbledroid devices, so if so, then one part of Google’s security test will pass successfully.
There is no hardware attestation on these devices. Will not pass without hacks, regardless of bootloader status.
