and he wants to block the browser and email and hotspot
and also install Waze and Moovit etc
Can someone explain to me what the possibilities are?

I guess for that price i can block with adb. Good point. unless there’s an option to block installs without a code or alike.

Regarding OldMDM (Comments)

No. It doesn’t block apps that are already installed.

If that’s true then I would install apps first.
