Also to Stam tap send doesn’t work and I need a mouse?(I don’t think that this one is quik like from devnbm, so I think that this one needs another one for send)

This app is the best D-Pad modified messaging app I’ve seen so far, tested on the Schok (2019 model) and it works excellent, but it has a small line by each text message in a weird place, just a visual problem. It didn’t want to install on exalt. It would probably work great on the LG classic if you could modify it

I tested it on a phone with a wider screen and I saw that its the contact photo of the person you text, but on some phones it doesn’t show the entire thing so maybe just remove it, also sometimes its hard to see what you are scrolling on in the menus because its so light, so make it more visible what your scrolling on. A mute conversation button would also be nice

there is an issue fir akk these aoos fir the kyocera e4811 since there is a bar on the bottom of the screen at all times the three soft keys are reseved for that bar i need a way that the messaging app can pick up the ok key to send otherwise the whole thing is worthless and ill nedd to stick to the garbage stock messaging app….

Tested on the sonim XP3900
It actually has notification control for every contact which is almost like muting conversations, however
It is missing quite some functionality

  • When someone sends an attachment, no way to open it in the messaging app
  • The send button is not accessible once I start typing a message, I have to go out of the conversation and back in - to be able to navigate down to the send button

Update

  • Picture attachments do open, but not others
  • I figured out how to send without having to go back out first
  • When there is a phone number in a text I cannot click on it to msg/call that number
  • Some things are still unclickable (like cancelling a msg from sending when using msg delay)
  • No way to unpin a chat

Can you explain in English if this app is working for you on Kyocera e4811. Want to give it a try but sounds like you are having issues…

That one is so good. Works well on TCL Flip 2. Just one thing, I wish that there was an option to pin conversations at the top.

Anyone have a good messaging app for the E4831, that is fully compatible with the D-Pad?
Message plus pulled from the exalt doesn’t work.
