At 5:40 in the video, you mentioned the wallet feature doesnt work. I would assume that because you didnt install the wallet app from the App Store! I haven’t actually tested myself but that seems to be whats happening - the quick tile tries to open the wallet app, and there is none, so it just crashes. Try it out and let me know (and maybe update your review)
That’s not Google wallet. The app you see here is an offline wallet not something to work with NFC.
Why does it have to be google wallet to work with nfc?
Also, are you saying its not google wallet because of the logo displayed? I have a feeling theres a good chance they just put a custom logo on the app store list but it really is google wallet
This app is on the Mind phone 1 that’s why I know for sure it has nothing to do with Google wallet.
- In order for NFC to work it must be the Google wallet. It can’t be a third party app due to security reasons.
- And on a a different forum @GreentouchOfficial said that Google wallet is as of now disabled.

Are the physical keys backlit?
Is the device certified that wallet will work?
I’d assume so, if RCS works.

if RCS works on a device, it doesn’t mean that the device is certified for Google Wallet.
But it does mean that Google Certified the device
but not the same level certification google wallet needs.
I had rcs on my unlocked rooted qin with no pif…
That’s about as uncertified as it gets

@YourMenahel as @Yidish said, the wallet app on the store is not the same as the Google wallet feature. We will have to wait and see if they can enable google wallet. Hopefully

What I understood is that they can enable it, they are just waiting for the “Lmaaseh” hechsher to approve it.

Does anyone know if it will say Lmaaseh or Mind on the camera module in first production run? Jose’s unit said lmaaseh which I personally thought it takes away from the look.. but on website its pictured with “Mind”
