Really a simple transplant either it works or it doesn’t.
I recommend flashing the entire global (or American, whatever it’s called) ROM in addition to band partitions pulled.
Easiest way is just to try but you can also check the hardware in md1img for both.
Listen I’m in Israel local stores have them here I’m down to try it but I just read this 
That’s all correct with the f21 but we don’t know at this point if the European version has different hardware then the US version
The question is if it’s even possible to have all bands working on one phone.
If yes then ask yourself as a creator of the phone it’s a cheap phone why would you change the hardware
Agree from what you’re saying because even from dealing with the manufacturer it does definitely seem like there’s two runs that they have one with the US version and one with the European version
