Play Services On TCL

Depends how you disable it. For user 0 - current user, then it’s fine. But if you want to fully disable it for the system, everything will go wrong.

I used a app manager app to disable it. I believe that it disables it totally.

So far everything is still working well.

Did you get gmail and chat to work on tcl im not clear

I got play services to work on the phone with a Gapps Magisk Module. Did anyone have success getting play services to work on the TCL by using MicroG? I think in order to get Android Auto to work I would need to use MicroG (with a Module for AA), so I want to know if anyone did it.

yep, MicroG works on the TCL, but you have to use the hw version of the MicroG Sevices app and MicroG Companion app

Lite Gapps is good,m. At the beginning, after turning it on, the phone works slowly for about 3 minutes, but after that it works normally. It comes with Google Play installed.

Lite Gapps installs Google Play and Google Play Services. It’s a Magisk module.
AUTO-LiteGapps-arm-11.0-20240818-official.zip (56.6 MB)

It does everything automatically. You just have to install the Magisk module (this zip file).
