Please help... bricked f21

On most phones that you unlock the bootloader, you see

The qin boot image that we get is modified to hide that message. I would assume the same logic or code that hides that, hides vbmeta warnings

If you backup the system you are backing up your corrupted system. No point.

Stock firmware of course shows the warning. Others have modified the lk later.

Just flash boot and system from the ROM package (if that’s the rom you are on) and you’ll be fine.

And anything else you edited

I mean so if flashing system wipes my data I can reflash my current system and try working from there again, is it enough to just backup system?

Flashing system does not wipe your data

Why would you want to back up your corrupted system? That’s where are you are now

@ars18 it seems like he wants to know if he backs up his corrupted system will that backup at least include his user data?

No. userdata is userdata

Not what I was asking but what I was asking doesnt make much sense either so we’ll leave it at that lol

@ars18 Sooo the 6.1.3 zip has a super not a system…

Is that ok? It won’t wipe my data? Or do you have a system image I can use?

You can flash full super or as mentioned above:

Is there a practical difference?

Just flash super and reboot

Worked tysm
