after i got a notification that the system ui crashed
were gettin somewher though
im rebooting just in case
same thing it booted and then the system ui crashed and the screen is black - im gonna flash product now - should i factor reset again

Yeah, first just replace services.jar, see if everything works… Or if it even boots first

im gonna make modification to the newest system they just sent me since it doesnt have all the google stuff
is it the same to just use root to replace services.jar
Yeah, may boot, may not, but you’ll have adb even on a bootloop to replace original back.
Like I said, may need to “unlock” the new one.
is there a forums/post somewrher online for what to change on the services.jar

First try the old, if it doesn’t work, here’s what I remember when I did it.
Decompile services.jar
Search for the error you get when using adb commands and patch or remove them in the smali.
If I remember, pm, and install command are blocked. Don’t remember what else.
