Anyone know why on the Qin F21 Pro sometimes the selfie camera button goes away in the camera app and now selfie camera is unsuable?
It’s happened a couple of times on different phones so it can’t be hardware problem
Funny, I just had a customer with that exact issue. Any idea what it can be?
Sometimes the selfie camera disconnects itself from the green board, so you just have to open the phone and connect it back on the board.
Very easy to do.
NOTE: Before doing anything remove the SIM tray, otherwise you will break the SIM tray and the phone

When I tried in the past several times it didn’t work
I had this with several phones and I tried that and I tried replacing the selfie camera module it didn’t help
did anything work?
On my f21 selfie doesn’t work in camera but works in other apps…

It has nothing to do with its location, the camera has no bands.
Maybe the phone broke on the plane
the camera probably disconnected open phone and reconnect
