Google Dialer for the Qin f21 pro with call recording, visual voicemail and works with the keypad (modded version of the one included in the 613 ROM). You need to replace the existing phone-dialer app in /system_ext/priv-app/MtkDialer/ . I only used it with the qin, let me know if it works with other phones.

You could try using this to replace the dialer app on rooted phones, its modded to allow call recording and not to announce that its recording
