It seems like setting up a WiFi router in Israel is both complex and expensive.
Therefore, Iโm looking into using devices that either create their own hotspot or they share the connection via USB or something like that. (this is a general question and isnโt really limited to Israel.) I found some items online but without knowing what Iโm looking for Iโm scared Iโll get scammed into garbage.
SO if anyone has experience with such devices or just knows anything please share. Thanks!!

So I thought I would backup the ROM (including full user data) with WWR
But my question is how do I flash the backup afterwards
