RCS Messaging on the Qin

I had US Mobile T-Mobile on my rooted Qin and RCS worked flawlessly.

Due to bad coverage in lakewood I changed to US Mobile Verizon and RCS gets stuck in setting up. I emailed them and got them to turn on CDMA less mode.

I came accross this:

The thing is all the options that guide says to do is already done on my phone so that can’t be the issue.
Blaming it just on root can’t be because it worked with T-Mobile.

I was told that Verizon has Issues with RCS

Is it the same number? if so it might help to deregister and reregister if you didn’t do that already

A few days ago I got this message:

I opened it up today and it said connected. RCS is working!!!

Had this scenario, tried many different fixes, ultimately what worked was this solution from @ars18 . Read the posts leading up to it as well

I’m using 1.1.1 and it says RCS: connected but for all chats even with RCS devices are regular sms/MMS.
