Thanks. I have a stack of broken E4810s here (and many others…) so that’s not an issue. 
That’s an idea… Probably better to try to verify on the older version actually, and then update after verification succeeds.

As for the F21 RCS. So far nowhere, I tried all the solutions offered here. I just going to pull out a brand new and sart from scratch… I’ll report back
Edit: No luck. I have not managed to get RCS working with US Mobile (Verizon) on 613, with or w/o root.
