The keybox works the problem is the rom
Try this. Might need to go deeper in other areas of system but this may work.

After replacement and reboot, you will hopefully have a hotspot qs tile.
You can test with a magisk module as well.
The google dialer app in this rom is great! It’s first time I ever got visual voicemail to work on the qin, where is it from?

it works well with keypad. one thing the stock app has over it is the call recording, but I modded the google dialer to have call recording. Is there any features the stock dialer has that the google dialer doesn’t?

You can use an lsposed module, possibly zygisk module, but lsposed more reliable. Unless he missed the actual apk.
It’s not enabled in the US, but otherwise…

Just tried it using module - not hotspot tile. Take a look at the module, possible i did it wrong.

Could also be needing a refresh if this is the solution, on Android 9 I had similar.

here is the google dialer apk (i had a rough time getting it to start and end recording without announcing it). I also made a tiny apk that ads a hotspot tile in QS, here is the hotspot apk and permissions xml as a magisk module hotspot

Btw, @sh7411usa , the apk from aiv is signed by duqin and 6.1.3 is AOSP test-keys.
