Nope just an open ROM.
Does anyone else have this issue, and does anyone know how to fix it? Sometimes when taking a screen recording, when you end it, it says, โError: could not save the screen recording,โ and it just deletes it.
Could you send a screen recording of that error?
A. Do I need to change the IMEI for it to work in America?
B. Does the connection (port) matter?
C. I want it to work in Israel as well.

To make a qin f21 work in the US you need to flash the necessary bands, and of course you need an IMEI that works in the US (Global Phone IMEI)
To flash the bands you need a phone with a blue charging port, the new version comes with an orange charging port, and you cannot flash the American bands on this phone.
With this app you can easily change bands from stock to American
