If the person your texting is using RCS, it does not say read, most of the times it says failed actually for MMS even though they received it, might just be a google messages issue. Might be a T-Mobile issue too. On the LG Exalt I can see read on my MMS messages for certain people I text. (Depending on their messaging app, RCS and carrier) Same with the Sonim XP5800, but only when I use Verizon and its mvnos like Visible, with T-Mobile it didn’t say read
The apps4flip version of google maps worked fine on LG and Kyocera phones, google maps still works on the kyoceras actually

wasn’t regular google maps was a very old one when google still allowed modifying their apks
i have it on the xp38 and tcl with no problems
I just reinstalled it again, gonna be honest, I don’t remember what problem I had with it, but I do remember that there is a bug which caused that it created like 6 icons of the app, that is the main reason I uninstalled it, but there was a update a few weeks ago, it might’ve fixed it but will see if it happens again
